My bike arrived with a bent hanger and some scratches on the frame, so I had to file a claim, and while the form itself was straightforward, I ended up having to send extra pictures and check in a couple times because I wasn’t really sure what was happening or whether it was moving along.

They did pay the claim in the end, which I definitely appreciated, but the whole thing felt slower than I expected and I probably would’ve felt better about it if there had been more updates without me having to ask

It just felt overpriced. It’s not terrible or anything, but for what it is, I expected a bit more. Kinda hard to justify the price when it doesn’t really do much better than cheaper options.

The weird part is I followed the packing advice closely, but the bike still arrived with scratches on the frame. I really thought it would be better protected, so that was disappointing...

Had an issue with my bike shipment support took forever to get back to me. Most of the replies were super short and didn’t really answer my questions, ngl. I kept having to follow up myself just to get any kind of update. Frustrating when all you want is a clear answer.

I used BikeFlights once and the actual shipping part went fine, but the tracking was hit or miss. The wording made it seem like my bike was just sitting in one place for almost two days, which was misleading and had me stressing a bit since it’s not exactly a cheap thing to ship. Then all of a sudden it updated and showed the bike was already close to arriving. It did get there okay in the end, but I really wish the tracking was more accurate and less vague

I’ll say the bike did eventually make it where it needed to go, so that part was fine, and nothing seemed damaged when it arrived.

That said, the pickup process was frustrating. The window passed without much communication, and I had to keep checking for updates myself instead of being kept in the loop.
Delivery was late too, which made it hard to plan around. I understand delays can happen, but the whole thing felt a bit disorganized and more stressful than it needed to be, so I probably wouldn’t use them again for a bike trip

I booked through bikeflights and the carrier side of it was rough. Not sure if this was just a one-off or something with my area, but the pickup was late, the tracking barely updated, and the box arrived looking beat up. Support mostly just told me to wait, which wasn’t super helpful. I’d be hesitant to use them again unless the carrier situation changes.

I used BikeFlights to book a shipment, the process was more frustrating than I expected. The site had too many steps, a few parts were confusing, and I had to go back a couple of times to fix information. It did work in the end, but it took way longer than it should have just to book a shipment. If it stays this clunky, I’d probably look at other options next time.

The shipping took way too long. I kept waiting and waiting, and by the time it finally showed up, I was already frustrated. I really wish I had read the reviews first because I probably would’ve ordered somewhere else. I don’t think I’ll be using them again...
